Qualification for RailTel Recruitment Notification 2025
- Full-time regular 4-year degree in Engineering/Technology or 3-year full-time regular Diploma in Engineering/Technology (from AICTE-approved institutions) with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in one of the following streams: Electronics & Telecommunication, Telecommunication, Computer Science & Engineering, or Information Technology. OR
- Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or any other combination of engineering disciplines where Electronics is a core subject—such as Electronics & Instrumentation. OR
Passed Sections A and B of the Institution Examinations conducted by The Institution of Engineers (India) in any of the above-mentioned relevant engineering branches. OR - Passed the Graduate Membership Examination conducted by the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (India) in the relevant branches of engineering mentioned above.
- Engineering graduates or diploma holders who have undergone or possess training or job/work experience of one year or more after acquiring any of the qualifications mentioned in Para No.1 are not eligible to be engaged as apprentices under the Act.
