Qualification for BDL Recruitment Notification 2025
1. Trainee Engineer (Electronics / Mechanical / Electrical / Computer Science):
B.E. / B.Tech degree or equivalent in the respective discipline (Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science) from a recognized university or institute.
2. Trainee Diploma Assistant (Mechanical):
3-year Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Automation & Robotics, or Production, recognized by the State/Central Government.
3. Trainee Diploma Assistant (Electrical):
3-year Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Industrial Electronics & Instrumentation, or Plant Maintenance Engineering, recognized by the State/Central Government.
4. Trainee Diploma Assistant (Computer Science):
BCA or B.Sc. (Computers) – minimum 3-year course, or a 3-year Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science recognized by the State/Central Government.
5. Trainee Assistant (Finance):
Graduation in Commerce or Business Administration (Finance specialization) with a minimum 6-month Computer Course in Office Applications
OR
Intermediate with CA Inter / ICWA Inter / CS Inter
OR
Any degree in Science/Economics with a 1-year Diploma in Financial Management and a minimum 6-month Computer Course in Office Applications.
6. Trainee Assistant (Human Resource):
Degree in Business Administration, Social Welfare, PM&IR, Personnel Management, HR, or Social Sciences with a minimum 6-month Computer Course in Office Applications
OR
Any degree with a 1-year diploma in PM, PM&IR, Social Work, T&D, HR, or Labour Law along with a 6-month Computer Course in Office Applications.
7. Trainee Officer (Finance):
CMA (Cost Management Accountancy) or CA (Chartered Accountancy)
OR
MBA / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in Finance (2-year duration) from a recognized University/Institution.
8. Trainee Officer (Human Resource):
MBA / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree (2-year duration) in HR, PM&IR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Social Science, Social Welfare, or Social Work from a recognized University/Institution.
9. Trainee Officer (Business Development):
MBA / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree with specialization in Marketing or Sales & Marketing from a recognized University/Institution.
